The lakes gospel choir.

One of the people I know here was in a choir when I arrived. He asked if I wanted to come and listen to a rehersal, and I came. It was so amazing how they glorified God through song, so I was really tempted to join. At first I wasn't sure because I didn't know if I had the time and commitment. But then I read God's word in colossians 3:


16 Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. 17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.


So I had an audition and I got in! And it is great! All the rehersals are open, so if you are in Bowness on a Monday night, stop by!

It's nice to be involved with something different than youth work. The opportunity to go out of Grange is also amazing. Even though I love it here, there is not very much to do.
